WHAT WE ARE

Cohesion HR is a consultancy that helps businesses grow and increase profitability by ensuring they recruit the right staff and create a workplace where employees succeed, grow and want to stay.

From an employment perspective, we are passionate about “getting the fit right” between business, role, individual and team to create a winning solution for all.

We believe that investing in the right fit for key positions leads to stability, growth and success.

We ensure that not only are the right staff attracted and recruited but the working environment supports their development and wellbeing, and so the continued success and growth of the organisation.

We can provide extra resource to an established HR function or provide the HR expertise to a growing company which is yet to have its own inhouse team

We work with businesses of all sizes across all sectors and we have been particularly successful in working with small and medium sized enterprises in the creative industries (IT, digital media, communications, campaigns) and not-for-profit organizations.
